Product Details

The name of Guanlan Pavilion is "Guanlan", which means "If you have the skill to watch the water, you must watch its waves" in "Mencius: Devoting Your Mind to the Heart". In the pavilion, you can enjoy the Baotu Spring's "springs gushing up, and the water gushing like a wheel" and feel the coolness and vitality of the splashing water. The green shade and ancient buildings contrast with it, making you feel like you are in a fairyland. Guanlan Pavilion is located on the west side of Baotu Spring. It is a single-story square pavilion with four corners and pointed peaks, facing the gushing Baotu Spring. The pavilion is built on a stone platform that gradually expands toward the water until it is submerged in the water. It faces the water on three sides and is connected to the revetment on one side. There was originally a wooden railing for the beauty to lean on under the pavilion, but it was later replaced by a bluestone railing during renovation. You can lean on the railing to get a closer look at the surging spring water.
